hello! :) sorry for the lack of posts.. i've been busy studying for my crazy tests, and they're FINALLY over! hahaha.. i'm just so glad that the week is over.. anw, my grandma got baptised yesterday! :) i'm so happie for her.. she's 91, and she's hospitalised again.. even as she's lying on the hospital bed, she sought baptism, and became God's child.. she's not doing very well, and i just hope that whatever happens, the Lord would protect her and keep her.. please keep my grandma in your prayers..

on a happier note, i went for ben's concert today! his brass quintet won the internal competition, so they had a 10 min performance, and they play 2 songs.. :) he played his solo parts realli well, and i'm so proud of him.. :) zeh went too! but we didn't get a chance to take pictures.. sab, annabel and bfs went too, and many church members.. but they all had to leave after the concert, so we didn't get pictures with them at all.. what a shame.. anw, here are the few pics that i haf.. :)

i just spent the last 45 mins reading corrinne may's blog when i'm supposed to be finishing up my geog project.. haha.. she's such an inspiration to me! haha.. this is another of those nights when i would just quieten myself down and trace God's hands in my life.. each time i do that, i would be overwhelmed with gratitude, and realise how gracious he is.. there are never-ending things to thank Him for.. the good, the bad, the pple ard me, the falls that make me learn how to stand up and laugh at myself :), injuries and pain that don't kill me but teach me how to live with them, etc etc.. i wanna live a good life and be a testimony to Him.. i wanna sing loudly for Him, serve Him, trust Him.. He keeps me safe in this crazy world...





work is taking its toll on me..

studied at the YIH study room until 10pm today.. goodness me.. i actually felt faint after that.. i'm VERY tired! can i not study anymore?! :( i feel so sad for myself.. i'm a pathetic mugger... urgh.. i need to do sth fun...

anw, just a quick update.. the week that just passed was my recess week! and i slacked it away! haha.. dun understand why i'm still so tired you noe? we went to sentosa to sun tan and visited underwater world! haha.. it was not too bad, but squeezing with a HUGE crowd of indians in a small enclosed tunnel was less than pleasant... nonetheless, i had a great time! and i haf a tan too! hhaha.. pics are below, and more pics on the boyfriend's blog..

also, we attended 2 birthday parties! jiaho's and benedict's!! they share the same birthday, but jh celebrated on wed and dict celebrated on sat itself.. :) it was a whole load of fun! and we indulged in BANG! like crazy.. it's our new addiction.. ahha.. the bf went to wiki it and found out this official point system thingie.. haha.. 73! we can use the point system the next time we play! :) ben's now the BANG! guru too.. ahhaa..

oh! also on a happier note, the bf's brass quintet won this NUSWS internal competition thingie, and they'll haf a 10min performance on da capo '07! i'm sure it'll be great! those who are interested in going, it's on 27th oct, sat night.. COME COME! haha.. also, we're gonna do a xmas concert in church for the very first time this year! i'm so excited!!!! lalala.. :P
