i haf (not-so) new pictures! haha.. they were taken using a wide angle lens (aka fish eye lens), therefore the pictures are distorted at the sides in a spherical manner.. we took these during one of the choir practices at uncle vincent's house..
elly, me, ben. we were trying to take "the-DOG" kind of pictures.. you noe those pics where the dogs have big heads and small bodies, like THIS:

Congrats to the singapore team, collin and adrian, for winning the amazing race asia 2!
i just watched the replay of the season finale on AXN.. ben came over to watch too! haha.. although it was 11 at night.. the pair realli deserved to win! they were the most calm and sane pair i've ever seen on all the amazing race seasons (including the asia ones).. kudos to adrian too! whose disability (he was born deaf) was proven to be nothing compared to the mental power he had.. he can speak and lip read too.. haha.. i'm just SO HAPPIE that they won! USD 100,000.. yummy!!

i haven't done this in a long time, but today's our 22mth month-sary! :)

i had such an eventful weekend!!!! :) first i met up with my jie mei.s! :) haha.. we had so much fuN! we had dinner at thai express, then we jumped camp to essential brew where we had dessert (and bumped into zhen ni and a bunch of hc juniors), and our last stop was brecko where we had beer and talked and talked and talked and talked........ :) pictures!
our mandatory individual portraits before a meal..
at essential brew.. the desserts were quite good, but i don't fancy the whole sitting on the floor idea.. the cushions were not exactly very soft, so after sitting for bout an hr my butt was hurting like crazy!
kristy and sisi having fun.. there were in their own world, i dunno wat they were playing! :P
our attempt to roll our eyes (aka fan1 bai2 yan3).. haha i dunno why i opened my mouth so big!! and i think siying's one is the funniest! it's a super combo of fan bai yan-ing and dou4 ji1 yan3.. :P
one last picture b4 we parted.. sisi, me, siying and kristy! :)
i'm so happie that my jie mei.s are still my jie mei.s.. they haven't changed much at all! and that is really comforting to noe.. kudos to GIRLFRIENDS!!!!
looks gross rite? ben accidentally cut my finger with his stack of papers, and i had NEVER bled so much from a paper cut in my life!!! i was shocked when i saw the blood oozing out uncontrollably..
dinner with the boyfriend's family... :) we had seafood dinner at Long Beach... and ben tormented me with his flying crab shells everytime he tries to crack them open.. :P
on a more solemn note, my heart goes out to weelee who lost his brother to a motorcycle accident.. it must be really difficult for her and her family, and i hope that they would be able to find peace within their hearts..
gonna meet prof. ip again on mon to discuss about my FYP.. i'm going to start work soon.. lots of lab work, which means i need to be very disciplined for the next 1.5 years.. I NEED to catch up with my work!! no more slacking allowed.. seeing all the work piling up on my table sure does scare me... :S and i haf physio CA after cny.. must try to clear as much work as i can before wed comes..
ok that's all folks! i'm going to hit the books.. haf a great chinese new year celebration :)
