zeh treated us to dinner yesterday, as a form of celebration to mark her last day of housemanship, and also to celebrate the bf's very belated birthday.. :) went to Out Of the Pan for dinner.. i absolutely hated it, but zeh and ben loved it.. ahhaa.. it was bad bad bad...
but! after that we went for macaroons at canele! haha.. i've always wanted to try them, but they were pretty ex so i always gave them a miss.. yesterday zeh bought a box of 6! whoohoo!! it was very nicely packaged, and it was too pretty to eat... :P Peek-tures!

on the whole, i was the only one who thot they were nice.. zeh and ben thought they were too sweet.. aha.. i think they were quite nice, especially the chocolate one.. but i seriously think it's overated.. very ex too! i think i'll never buy a box of 6 for myself.. :P maybe just one.. haha.. i'm so cheapskate...

Strawberry Jello-cheesecake!
we ate together with the homecell pple, that's why you see ps fuman in the picture.. :) i'm glad the cake turned out ok, although i felt the jelly layer was a little too soft.. and stoopid me was actually quite upset that it didn't turn out to be perfect.. but nonetheless, the boyfriend loved it, and that's wat matters!

i made my first jelly-o cheesecake yesterday! haha.. and it was actually NICE!!! :P although i screwed the jelly layer a little, but the idea is there la! :) with crystal as my patient teacher, i was able to pull through my first try.. i'll be making another one this coming fri for ben's birthday, and this time i'll be on my own!! haha i hope i won't make a mess and topple everything over.. :)
i'll take more pictures of my 2nd cheesecake.. according to zeh, the one i made yesterday looked quite bad asthetically but it tasted damn good.. :) the next one will be better! *fingers crossed*

it has been almost 2 weeks since my penang trip and i haven't blogged about it yeT!! haha.. here are some pictures.. it was a realli good trip, and this trip realli showed me what it means to rely on God.. i felt like i was part of the family, which is a feeling i never got when i was in Bethany.. bit by bit, i'm more certain that my decision to move to St. John's was right, despite the many objections.. :) we took the night coach after maudy thurs service, and arrived at penang at abt 9am.. we quickly washed up and went to St. George's church to sing for the Good Friday Service..
